Our Journey

Hi! I'm Tim. I'm a Wabash native who moved in 2003 to Florida where I met my wife, Jenni. My mother-in-law is from Chonburi, Thaland who has exposed me to Thai culture, food, and people. For 19+ years I've watched, absorbed, and learned their flavors, and cooking techniques from my amazing mother-in-law. At Tim's Thai2Go we offer Thai fusion street food. We rarely use measurements but rather throw in every ingredient using experience and instinct, while taste-testing everything until we are proud to serve it. The people of Thailand do their best to prepare foods that are perfectly balanced with salty, sweet, sour, spicy and bitter. They lean towards using fresh aromatic ingredients rather than dried herbs and spices.  My hope is the memory of these bold, balanced flavors stay with you long after you've had one of our dishes.So.....gin khao yung?
